Dear AAUW Sisters (and our two brothers),
It’s been a long time since most of us have seen able to enjoy one another’s company and have wonderful luncheon experiences. I hope all of you are doing well and staying safe and positive during this unusual time.
Our fiscal year ends on June 30th. It’s not too early to send in your dues renewal. Although we cannot meet in person, the work we do for scholarships and public policy influencing continues. It’s time to do what women always do in tough situations – WE STAY STRONG!
The document below highlights what we as a branch accomplished during the 2019/2020 year. I know that incoming President B.A. Secrist and her board will work to insure another great year and will find ways to continue our connections during whatever lies ahead.
I have greatly enjoyed the opportunity to be your President. I was gifted with an OUTSTANDING Board of Directors and Committee Chairs who worked tirelessly to achieve our goals and make AAUW a valuable part of our community. I challenge you to find individuals who value our goals and ask them to join us. Again, be safe and be well.
AAUW St. George Branch
