Check-In Process

Check-in starts 8:00 a.m. Monday, June 27 at the DSU Nisson Towers dorms where the girls are staying. These are located at the southwest corner of 100 South and 1000 East. Parking lot G runs along 1000 East and is the best place to pull in to unload your cars. From the lot, you should be able to easily see the check-in area. We’ll have a few signs up around campus to help guide you. Click here for a map of the campus.

Please bring a completed copy of this ICE form with you.

Room Assignment Email Notification Sent

We know that many of you are attending with friends or relatives and you may want to be assigned to the same room. Each room has enough room for two campers. If you have a roommate request, please let us know by by 5 pm on May 28th. All requests need to include the full names of both campers. We will only honor requests where both campers request one another. If you are still trying to talk a friend into joining you at camp, but they haven’t registered yet, please let them know about this deadline. It will be harder to honor roommate requests after next week.

Fee waiver approval notices emailed to qualifying campers, all campers notified of next steps.

By the end of May, you will receive an email from us with a packing list and some forms that you will need to send us. The packing list will include the basics of what you will need for your stay in the DSU dorms (bedding, towels, toiletries, etc.), and also what you need for the day at Zion (hat, good walking shoes, etc.) The forms are going to include the standard DSU liability waiver, a photo release form, a roommate request form, and a detailed medical information form. Some of them will need to be submitted well before camp starts so make sure you look over the instructions and due dates carefully.
